1. Scope
These Terms of Service define the conditions for using the application “Lunail” provided by keita suzuki. By using Lunail, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Lunail provides features related to nail design browsing, saving, image generation, virtual try-on images, and related functions. The Service may use AI technologies or external services for image generation and processing.
3. User Environment
Users are responsible for preparing, at their own cost, the devices, internet connection, software, accounts, and other environment necessary to use the Service.
4. Accounts
Some features may require authentication or account registration. Users shall keep their registration information accurate and up to date.
5. Paid Services and Subscriptions
Lunail may offer paid plans, subscriptions, credits, or other in-app purchases. Prices, details, and conditions are displayed within the app or on the App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the user’s App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
6. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed through Apple Inc. and the App Store. As a general rule, cancellations and refunds after purchase are not accepted by the operator. Refunds through the App Store are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies.
7. Images and Input Data
Users represent that they have lawful rights to any images, text, or other data uploaded, entered, saved, or generated through the Service. Users must not upload or input illegal, inappropriate, or rights-infringing content.
8. Generated Results
Nail designs, try-on images, suggestions, colors, and other generated or displayed results may vary depending on the user’s environment, image quality, network conditions, and the specifications of external AI services. The operator does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights related to the Service, including programs, designs, logos, UI, text, images, and other content, belong to the operator or legitimate rights holders. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use such content without permission, except as permitted by law.
10. Prohibited Acts
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the rights, interests, reputation, or credibility of others or the operator
- Uploading or inputting false, illegal, inaccurate, or inappropriate data
- Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, analysis, modification, or interference with the Service
- Excessive access or acts that overload systems
- Impersonation
- Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the operator
11. Suspension or Restriction
If a user violates these Terms or if the operator determines it necessary for operation of the Service, the operator may suspend or restrict all or part of the Service without prior notice.
12. Changes, Suspension, or Termination
The operator may change, add, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service as necessary. To the extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for damages arising from such actions.
13. Disclaimer
The operator does not guarantee that the Service will always operate normally, be error-free, preserve all data, or that external services will remain continuously available.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
14. Personal Information
The operator handles personal information in accordance with the separately published Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
The operator may modify these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms become effective when posted in the Service or on this website.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Japan having jurisdiction over the operator’s location.
